According to a recent survey, Chick-fil-A has topped all the other fast food restaurants in customer service. The American Customer Satisfaction Index has given Chick-fil-A a total of 87 points out of a possible 90. The data was collected from over 5500 customer surveys conducted last June to this May. Chick-fil-A topped the list due to it’s courteous staff, easy to navigate website as well as accuracy and speed at checkout. This is nothing new as Chick-fil-A has been top ranked for a few years now.
