When you think of a company that has a massive issue trying to fix its public image, the last one you would think of would be an airline company who prides itself on costumer service but that is just what has happened to United this past week. People who fly on a regular basis are getting tired of all these recent changes that this bigger airlines have applied: increased fees for luggage, less meals and if you DO want something to eat you have to pay extra for it, extremely long security lines as well as confiscating questionable items such as a mothers breast milk for her baby. These various factors don’t even include what happened this past week including dragging a passenger off the plan and having an award winning bunny die while on one of its flights. But one of the things we can do as a consumer is to look elsewhere…. there are many smaller companies that offer free luggage and shockingly enough free food.
