Technology is so prevalent these days, and should be used for customer service before, during, and after a sale. One great way to do this is to come up with a CRM (customer relationship management) system, where you can put in your customers’ details and their full histories come up. Bots, or smart online chat tools, can be used to do live chat with customers. Outsource if you need to, but only the right parts of your service. Finally, embrace social media to field customer requests, and also, be sure you’re not completely reliant on technology! Use it as a tool.
