Getting started with Rhino Support Live Chat is fast and easy. Here we’ve got a quick guide that highlights some of Rhino Support’s user-friendly features.

 

This is the page you’ll see when you activate your Rhino Support’s free trial. Type in your company info and hit “Activate My Account.”

Next you’ll see this screen welcoming you to Rhino Support. Hit next.

On this screen you’ll see your tickets. Hover over the subject for more info.

Click settings at the top right-hand of the page to customize your preferences.

With this setting you can add new staff and departments.
