Zen Internet from Manchester tops the UK’s broadband firms with 86% customer satisfaction. 1800 people were surveyed for their satisfaction and whether they would recommend their current provider to others.
Zen Internet was one of only 4 providers that received more than 3 stars for Speed.
Talk Talk was the lowest rated, but a spokeperson commented that they were committed to improving their service. BT was the most complained about.
The companies that represent 72% of the total broadband market scored poorly on the satisfaction survey. Alex Neill from Which? stated that people get frustrated with poor service.
- There aren’t too many broadbands that have gotten over 3 stars for the speed
- The customer score is determined by whether they are content with the service of their provider
- random people are surveyed to see what people really think of their provider. Whatever the results are is what gives us the answer of how people really feel about the service received
“Little-known Manchester-based broadband provider Zen Internet was rated the best supplier for customer satisfaction, with a score of 86 per cent.”
