Registration is now available online for FHSU’s customer service workshop on June 13th. The workshop will focus on first impressions in customer service. The workshop will focus on phone and internet etiquette, communication, listening and help with professional and personal communication with customers. The workshop, moderated by Dr. Stacey Smith, an associate professor and chair of the Department of Applied Business Studies, and Sabrina William, director of the Management Development Center will run from noon to 4;30 and lunch is provided.
