It is said often that customer service standards are widely in decline, but this doesn’t have to be the case and there are many myths associated with the industry. It is often said or thought that in order to improve customer service you must add more employees, and this is not true. It is also thought that you must increase pay for those involved in the delivery chain in order to get better results and better customer service, but this is also untrue.
