Twitter will soon be launching a feature called “Moments” which will be geared to retailers who want to share their stories. A traditional twitter post is capped at 140 characters and is not the best way to tell a great story. By bypassing this constraint, retailing business will be able to share stories in a more personal way. A roadblock they face, however, is a lack of attracting advertisers.
