SOA has been able to limit what used to take a few hours down to just a few minutes creating more time to work on business expansion. Using functions like mentions and buffering to collect data on users and what people are saying on social media about a company is a significant path in the right direction. One of the disadvantages is that auto-responders leave out the feel of a more personalized response to customers which is being worked on and other app features being utilized to make this interaction more personalized to create better customer retention.
