Maxine Smith Sterling White, owner of Kitchen Plus has been in business over 24 years. She credits her success by offering unique items but especially providing excellent customer service that keeps her customers loyal and coming back. Owning a business innJamaica can be hard, she believes the government could do more in educating its people not only in craftsmanship to produce superior Jamaican- made products but in it’s overall academic curriculum. She also believes more business would thrive if they become more unique in what they sell. She also continues to believe that her customers deserve the best service even if you have to do extra, tiring work.
