More companies have been using apps for customer service including brick and mortar stores. The acquisition of Whole Foods by Amazon will further promote this type of customer service. Customers looking for fast convenience can now turn to their phones instead of searching for a store clerk. Customers can also usually the assured that the service they receive is satisfactory to their needs. Amazon will likely be the leader in providing the service but other companies will follow suit.
