Some businesses brush off negative reviews and unhappy customers but that is very unwise. Negative feedback is a strong influence against consumers trying a business for the first time. Customer service is more important than price. It is valued more by consumers. Always treat customers as individuals, not as numbers. If a customer feels valued, they will stay with the business. Customer service is an absolutely non negotiable foundation of any business. Bad customer service can and will destroy business success.
