In today’s hi tech society a lot is changing,especially with how we handle business.Customer service as been a means to handle issues for sometime now when calling contact centers.However!on the horizon we find that companies are considering chatbots.Not as the last resort but as a means of support for live customer service.Also companies are trying to cut cost,I’ve always thought of replacing actual humans with any type of digital process as demeaning,but I do realize why they feel the need to try something different.
