Zendesk Uses Machine Learning to Improve Customer Service – No Jitter

Customer service will soon be the reason why people stay with companies and buy products, it will be more important then the product and price point. If used correctly, technology can be used to create a good customer service. Zendesk has announced its plans to do just that. It’s releasing a system called Guide which keeps a database of common customer complaints uses, Answerbot technology when possible and keeps a knowledge base that helps them deliver up-to-date customer service and information.
